Your tasks

In this exciting and newly created role, you will report directly to the Managing Director of H+S Tunisia. Your main tasks and duties are:
 

  • Plan and implement cross functional projects in our consistently growing production plant in Sousse
  • Due to the fast growing space requirements in Tunisia, manage the projects of the relocation of production activities within H+S Tunisia in a close alignment with your stakeholders located in Switzerland
  • Manage the aligned and on-time implementation of additional functions and responsibilities in H+S Tunisia in form of projects
  • Execute various project delivery activities, including project planning, tracking of actions, progress reporting and budget management
  • Apply the appropriate internal tools, processes, and techniques to manage your projects successfully
  • Liaise and closely collaborate with your international project stakeholders at different locations (mainly Switzerland), different functions and different levels
  • Lead and provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Your profile

Technical skills
  • Good educational background, preferably in the fields of Industrial Engineering, Production Management or equivalent
  • Strong experience in Project Management and knowledge of the Project Management toolbox
  • Proven track record of implementing projects, preferably in the production environment
  • Experience in managing and coordinating teams (either in projects or as functional leader)
  • Experience working in international production companies.
  • Good understanding of production processes as well as of the interaction of different functions within an production plant (Operations, Quality Management, Warehouse and Logistics, IT, etc.)

  • Very good communication skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong achiever who is results-oriented
  • Highly organized with good planning skills
