Your tasks

  • Project price and profitability calculation
    • Create and coordinate project calculation based on instruction of Application Engineering, Sales and Product Management and ensure required cost data is thorough, accurate, and submitted on schedule
    • Calculation of project pricing aligned with regions and markets in collaboration with stakeholders and with the objective to ensure overall project profitability and transparency
    • Compilation (support) of project documentation together with other stakeholders to ensure a consistent story to the customer
    • Provide support for bid/no-bid decisions, analysing solicitations and participating in bid review with the aim to support the development of competitive pricing strategies.
  • Prepare DOA for review with senior management
    • Conduct final cost review with senior management prior to submission of proposals.
    • Preparing and occasionally handling of price approval process according to delegation of authority
  • Track price offering
    • Track development of project for win/loss
    • Follow-up with sales and application engineering for opportunities
  • Price list creation and issues
    • Maintenance of product pricing in SAP to generate annual price list
    • Coordinate price list creation with stake holders
  • Business intelligence development
    • Develop pricing business insights on product vs. market vs. region for bidding
    • Creation and development of pricing market intelligence comprising company and competition pricing and competition data points.

Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent with approximately 3 years of proven experience in project calculation and pricing management, with good
Professionalism, persuasive skills, decision-making skills, problem-solving skills and Communication skills.
