Your tasks

In this challenging international hub function, you will be responsible for the global positioning and further development of fiber management systems.

Your customer orientation and market understanding allow you to derive initiatives from the needs of our customers and market trends. You will carry out market research and competitor analyses independently and convert them into business cases. You will initiate product developments, develop the product offering and carry out the worldwide product launches that include the creation of all needed documentation. Besides that, you will be responsible for the product life cycle of the product range assigned to you to ensure the required efficacy and efficiency of the portfolio. In addition to this, you will advise customers and employees. Working on interdisciplinary projects rounds off this diversified activity.

Your profile

You must have technical education as well as a qualification in business management studies (both bachelor or similar level). You are required to possess business and product management know-how, entrepreneurial thinking, strong market orientation, as well as a high level of self-motivation. Besides, you must have strong communication skills and a natural assertiveness. Our international environment requires fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage. The job also requires a willingness to travel abroad (up to 20 % of working time).
