About the Senior Customer Service Executive

You will be the key conduit of information to and from our H+S Polatis sales teams in the field, our regional customer service teams and our customer base.

It will be your objective to keep all parties informed of the progress the order is making through our business.

Your main focus as our Senior Customer Service Executive is provided an unforgettable service to our customers and with this in mind, you will not be expected to perform any typical sales duties.

In addition to this, your responsibilities will include:

  • You will be the initial contact for customers and will assist and liaise with our support teams on technical issues.
  • You will provide aftersales support.
  • You will ensure that orders are placed on time and accurately.
  • You will assist in managing the order through the relevant parties internally and to our SLA’s.
  • You will ensure that our customers on boarding experiences fulfil their needs and expectations.

About You

To be successful, you’ll need to have:

  • Previous experience in a B2B Manufacturing environment.
  • At least 5 years previous experience in a similar customer service role.
  • Great communication skills, at all levels.
  • Established skills and experience with all Office applications and a knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
The role is varied and will also see you managing sales support activities such as forecasting preparation and sales reporting on an ad-hoc basis.
