Your perspective

To be successful, you’ll need to have:
  • Previous experience in a B2B Manufacturing environment.
  • At least 5 years previous experience in a similar customer service role.
  • Great communication skills, at all levels.
  • Established skills and experience with all Office applications and a knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
The role is varied and will also see you managing sales support activities such as forecasting preparation and sales reporting on an ad-hoc basis.
