CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE CANDIDATE FOR THE EMPLOYEE
I declare that I have been informed by HUBER + SUHNER Sp. z o.o. headquartered ul. Bałdowska 26, 83-110 Tczew about the rights granted to me by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (further: Regulation) and about the rules of personal data processing in HUBER + SUHNER Sp. z o.o. and HUBER+SUHNER AG detailed below:
1. Consent
By applying to HUBER+SUHNER you are freely giving the company your personal details in the form of a specific application for the purposes of finding employment. Your data will be stored and processed in systems belonging to our software partner Haufe-umantis AG.
2. Data controller
Data controller of your personal data will be HUBER + SUHNER Sp. z o.o. headquartered ul. Bałdowska 26, 83-110 Tczew and HUBER+SUHNER AG, Degersheimerstrasse 14, 9100 Herisau, Switzerland however, HUBER + SUHNER Sp. z o.o. shall be responsible for executing duties of the data controller in relation to the data subjects.
3. Data protection and confidentiality
We take data protection seriously. HUBER+SUHNER AG, HUBER+SUHNER Sp. z o.o. and software partner Haufe-umantis AG have taken the organisational and technical measures required to protect the confidentiality of your application. Under the terms of their employment contract, all of the employees in HR department of HUBER+SUHNER Sp. z o.o. and HUBER+SUHNER AG and our software partner undertake to keep personal details secret. An automatically activated 128 bit encryption system ensures that your data will be transmitted securely. When processing data, we take into account general data security standards in line with the latest technology.
4. Using your personal details
Your form of address, first name, last name and the usual correspondence information such as postal address, email address and telephone numbers are saved in the applicant database during the application process. Application documents such as your letter of application, CV, educational and training qualifications and work certificates are also created. Your personal data may be processed for the purpose of conducting the process of recruitment to work at HUBER+SUHNER Sp. z o.o., under article 6.1.a of the Regulation.
This data is only saved, evaluated, edited or forwarded internally in HUBER+SUHNER Sp. z o.o. and HUBER+SUHNER AG as a part of your application. It is only accessible to employees in the HR department and to those individuals who are responsible for making the selection in HUBER+SUHNER Sp. z o.o. The data may be used by HUBER+SUHNER Sp. z o.o. and HUBER+SUHNER AG for statistical purposes (e.g. reporting). In such cases, nothing can be traced to any individual.
5. Right to information and other rights
You have the right to access my personal data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict of processing concerning the data subject, right to data portability, right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw my consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; to realize these rights, you can contact with HR department of HUBER+SUHNER Sp. z o.o., ul. Bałdowska 26, 83-110 Tczew, Poland.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if, in my opinion, the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation.
6. Saving and deleting the data
Should you take up employment at HUBER+SUHNER Sp. z o.o., your personal data, or at least a part of it, will be added to your personnel file and will be stored throughout the duration of your employment and later by the necessary time according to general legal requirements.
If you have applied but been rejected, your data will be stored for another 3 months (approximately) after the application process has ended and then deleted (profile and application). You will not be notified that the data has been deleted.
If you have applied, but we are unable to offer you a suitable position at that time, we reserve – if you agree – the right to add your application to a talent pool. In such a case, you will be informed. Should you not want this, or if you are no longer interested, you can delete your data (profile and application) yourself whenever you wish. If your application is added to a talent pool, the data will be stored for 12 months and then deleted.
