Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Technical Sales Engineer

Your tasks

Currently we have a full time position for an Internal Sales person. Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be working in a small team responsible for:

  • providing telephone sales and technical support;
  • recording sales opportunities;
  • preparing quotations;
  • liaising with customers for quotation, following up sales inquiries and other sales related matters;
  • processing new orders;
  • maintaining customer database;
  • assisting in preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as required by the team

Your profile

We are seeking someone who has:

  • Certificate, Diploma or higher in the electrical or electronics field;
  • familiarity with electrical cables, wires and accessories;
  • exceptional customer service, excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills skills and great attention to detail
  • Previous sales support experience and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP programme highly regarded.
