Your tasksTo provide an outstanding and consistent level of service to our customers on enquiries, order placement/progression and internal liaison to ensure successful delivery of product.
In addition to this, your responsibilities will include:
You will be the initial contact for customers and will assist and liaise with our support teams on technical issues.
You will provide aftersales support.
You will ensure that orders are placed on time accurately.
You will assist in managing the order through the relevant parties internally and to our SLA's.
You will ensure that our customers on boarding experiences fulfil their needs and expectations.
