Your tasks

Promote and sell all products and solutions offered by HUBER+SUHNER within the Communications Market.

Define, manage and implement market strategies, plans and activities that support the overall corporate strategy.

Develop and manage a stable customer base for the relevant Market, resulting in profitable growth business.

Ensure that HUBER+SUHNER products and services are specified in key strategic accounts enabling future growth for the company.

Understand your applicable market segment in relation to competition, applications and product needs.

Your profile

Sales/Technical Sales experience working within the Mobile Communication, Fixed line Communication (inc Ftth), Outside Broadcast or Neutral Host markets.
Experience in selling Optical and Radio Frequency Connectivity solutions to, Operators/Owners, End Users, System Integrators, Installers, Consultants and Distributors.
Good mix of Technical and commercial ability aligned with a consultative customer approach.
Entrepreneurial and innovative approach to capturing new opportunities.
Proven track record in building close customer relationships.
Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
Good communication and administration skills.
