Your tasks

We are looking for a dynamic and powerful personality to further expand our existing important Telecom business in France by building and maintaining a close relationship with the Service Providers. Whilst continuously striving for new business, you are responsible to provide fact-based information on markets, customers, trends and competition. You are regularly visiting our customers to get first hand information and you are in close contact with our Market and Product Managers to establish and implement the annual budget and the 5 years’ business plan for your accounts. In addition to this main responsibility you will be involved in the coordination of other Telecom activities.

Your profile

You have a technical/engineering background, hold a degree in sales or marketing and several years of experience in direct sales to key accounts like OEMs, operators and installers. Additionally, in-depth knowledge of Fiber Optics, Radio Frequency and Cabling Systems technology as well as excellent understanding of the Mobile Network and Fixed Network markets and the ecosystems including installers and system integrators are key to this position.
Good knowledge of legal and commercial/contractual matters and of the relevant customer/market specific quality standards are an additional asset. We are looking for a proactive and communicative team player with a high customer and market orientation, good net­working and outstanding negotiation skills as well as a high degree of self-motivation and a winner mentality. Your ability to quickly grasp and interpret your customers’ requirements, excellent command of English and French as well as sound user knowledge of MS Office, SAP and CRM complete your profile. Living close to Voisins to have an exchange with team members on a regular basis we consider an advantage.
