Your tasks

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated personal assistant for the Chief Operations Officer of the Communication Segment. In this interesting position you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Support of the COO and his team in their daily business
  • Office administration, incl. correspondence in English and German; preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting minutes; schedule management; business travel management
  • Organisation of customer visits and internal events for employees

Your profile

  • Commercial education and at least five years of experience as an executive assistant in an industrial and global environment
  • Service-orientation, reliability, resilience and flexibility are a prerequisite for this position
  • You are a motivated team player with a positive attitude and distinctive organisational skills
  • You are fluent in German and English, and sound user knowledge of MS Office completes your profile
