Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your tasks

• Selection and assessment of candidates in terms of their skills, experience and fit to the job requirements
• Building positive relationships with candidates and ensuring the highest level of quality of recruitment processes
• Organizing and conducting recruitment interviews
• Editing and publishing advertisements on advertising portals and social media
• Supporting the HR team in the onboarding and implementation of new employees
• Regularly updating recruitment reports and statistics
• Labor market analysis and identification of new recruitment opportunities
• Preparing HR reports and HR presentations in line with business needs
• Effective cooperation with recruitment agencies and external companies
• Any other ad hoc duties as required in support of HR Team at Polatis Poland

Your profile

Experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in manufacturing roles Practical knowledge of recruitment methods Experience in EB activities Good English language skills Basic knowledge of Polish Labour Law - nice to have Effective knowledge of MS Office Able to work under pressure effectively Sense of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail High level of communication and interpersonal skills Initiative, commitment and independence in action Job contract for 6 months with prolongation possibility.
