Shift Supervisor

Your tasks

• Ensuring efficient operation of subordinate production areas
• Timely implementation of the production plan, setting priorities and order of manufactured products.
• Searching for and implementing activities aimed at reducing manufacturing costs.
• Inspection of machinery and equipment to ensure that specific operations are performed and their optimal use
• Observation and supervision of employees to ensure that their work complies with the standards
• Cyclical evaluation of subordinates
• Collection, analysis and storage of production data
• Identifying staff training needs
• Searching for methods of continuous improvement of every aspect of the functioning of the subordinate production area
• Carrying out other supervisor's instructions not included in this scope, if they are related to work.
• Supervision of employees, take care if their use of personal protective equipment.
• The employee is obliged to propose preventive and corrective actions to improve the environment and work safety in the entire plant.
• Developing instructions and procedures aimed at improving the functioning of the quality management system in the production area.
• Developing training materials and conducting training for the crew.

Your profile

• Experience in implementing new solutions into the process.
• Experience in conducting employee assessments
• Fluency in English and Polish is required
• Knowledge of MS Office, MRP and ERP programs required
• Ability to read technical drawings, knowledge of Lean tools, communicating information for the team, creativity, developing action plans for the team
• Commitment, ability to work in a team - mainly in production, ability to organize working time, reliability, meticulousness
