IT Security Team Assistant

What will you do? Your tasks:

Support for the IT security team in project management, planning, controlling and reporting
Coordination of appointments, meetings, training and events for the IT security team
Management of calendars, absences, travel planning and coordination of team activities
Maintaining and updating internal process documentation
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in the procurement of resources as required by the team
Ensure confidentiality of information and compliance with data protection regulations
Supporting the implementation of security policies and procedures

Your profile

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Experience in supporting teams, ideally in the IT area or in IT security
Good knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office) and general IT tools
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills and team orientation
Basic understanding of IT security concepts is an advantage
Fluency in written and spoken German and English is a must, Polish an advantage
