Maintenance Engineer

Your tasks
- Definition of maintenance plan
- Assurance that maintenance plan is followed
- Elimination of breakdowns root causes
- Analysing of break downs and update of maintenance plan if applicable
- Minimizing break down time by quick elimination of stoppages root-cause
- Assurance that Machine Directive is properly implemented
- Supporting NPI team in implementation of new processes and in improving of existing processes
- Development of automated assembly equipment to provide improved capacity, quality, yields and cost
- Hands-on technical support of automated and manual assembly equipment and processes
- Active participation in the team responsible for new equipment specification
- Managing of spare parts warehouse
- Performing assessment of new equipment and processes
Your profile
- Technical higher education supported by experience in maintaining automated processes
- 5+ years’ experience in maintenance area (high precision assembly in automated assembly environments will be an advantage)
- Experience of PLC controllers programming and in using National Instruments and sequencing software advantageous
- Knowledge of TPM tools
- Experience of programming high precision electro-mechanical control systems
- Experience in service and maintaining of machines and equipment being part of automated processes
- Ability to define maintenance instructions (preventive and predictive)
- Ability to read automatic, pneumatic and electrical diagrams
- Ability to define problem, root cause and effective corrective action implementation
- Proven ability to improve assembly processes
- Ability to define KPI measuring maintenance processes (MTBF, MTTR, MTTF)
- Able to conceptualize assembly and automation methods and to understand interactions between components, processes and product performance
- Experience in laser welding and laser soldering advantageous
- Maintenance budget preparation
- Experience with vision system programing (Cognex, Omron, Balluf, Sick)
- Ability to design parts/machine element in SolidWorks environment
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and through written reports, in Polish and English
- Capable of working within a multi-discipline team
