System Development Team Leader

What will you do? Your tasks:
- The System Development Team Leader supports the tasks and goals of the PMD organization within the development group RF COMP / CAY with focus on Medical System development,
- Leading the medical system development group based in our H+S location in Poland,
- Planning and execution of development projects according to the process description of the HUBER+SUHNER product evolution process (PEP),
- Developing technologies, processes, product concepts and products in collaboration with product management and in strong alignment with strategy & business development and / or customers,
- Prepare the team growth and the increase of expertise of the System Development team, potentially expanding the role of the team from the focus on a single market, to broader product development tasks and/or to other markets and opportunities,
- Develop new products and execute technical work packages in the frame of product development projects. These activities include collecting and assessing technical specifications, supporting feasibility studies, customizing or adapting existing products, creating new system concepts taking into account innovative approaches, materials and manufacturing processes.
Your profile:
- Master degree in electrical, mechanical, system engineering or equivalent qualification,
- Work experience in a leading position in Medtech industry or similar,
- Proficient project management skills with a proven track record,
- Leadership Skills as well as People Leadership / Line Supervision Skills in a high-tech product development environment,
- Experience in setting and expanding product development teams in global/multicultural environments,
- Technical expertise in one or more fields as Radio Frequency Technology, Medical Product Development, System Design & Manufacturing Processes (incl. CAD / Simulation / Modelling /Testing) or similar,
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of RF / microwave technology or/and product Know-how for RF Cables, Connectors and Assemblies (including competitive landscape) would be regarded as a great advantage
- Experience in the application of medical standard ISO 13485, e.g. FMEA, MSA, SPC, etc.
- Good communication skills targeting wide range of audiences with culturally and educationally diverse backgrounds
- Good English language skills (written and spoken)
- IT Skills: minimum good knowledge of Microsoft, PLM, ERP
- Ability to:
