Solution Engineering (Data Center)

Your tasks

• Strategy & Business Development function (SBD) builds a bridge between the market and the products and applications of all three technologies.
• Solutions Engineering supports and drives business development with the creation of long-term value for H+S from customers, markets, and relationships.
• It is essential to collaborate with the key stakeholders: Sales, Field Application Engineering & Product Managers to customize and tailor proposals according to client needs.
• Prime objective is to technically support business development to grow the business across the defined.
  communication sector and in parallel develop long term business.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities. Assist in creation of sales collateral, including datasheets and technical documentation.
• Conduct product trainings for different teams/stakeholders to enhance their understanding of our offerings.

Your profile

Education and Experience:
BE/ B. Tech.  (Electrical/ Mechanical) along with 3 -4 years in fiber optics domain

Skills/Knowledge:

• Practical knowledge of and professional application experience of fiber optics products.
• Excellent general technical knowledge of HUBER+SUHNER products or similar.
• Good English language skills (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS office, Product database management software, SAP, MS Visio
• CAD knowledge is added advantage.

• Proactive with the necessary interest and willingness to learn new things.
• Should be able to work in international, intercultural and cross functional teams.
