Demand Manager & SnOP Expert

Your tasks

The main goal of this role is to analyze and forecast an allocated product portfolio / value stream
on behalf of the market situation in strong collaboration with different stakeholder.

• Demand Planning / Forecasting of an assigned product portfolio.
• Close collaboration with different stakeholders along the End-to-End process (value stream).
• Supporting the final implementation of our SnOP process (taking over the lead of SnOP meetings).
• Pro-active and leading role for projects regarding your product portfolio.
• Supporting Global-Demand-Planning (GDP) Team Members, as well as our SCM Team within projects.
• Analyzing KPI’s assigned to your product portfolio.
• Taking over ownership of implementing measures to improve to a sustainable performance.
• Open to support our GDP Team, as well as our SCM Team.

Your profile

• Higher education (preferably in Supply Chain Management).
• Very good English skills (German would be an advantage).
• ERP, as well as Forecasting tool skills are essential.
• Sales & Operational Planning “S&OP” management skills are needed.
• Analytic tool skills are a big advantage.
• MS Office tool skills are essential (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Result oriented Teamplayer with high self-management skills and strong problem-solving skills.
• Organizational focused person with strong communication skills.
• He knows how to handle stressful situations with pro-active attitudes and a creative mindset.
• Likes to work in a multicultural and matrix organization.
